ID Numbers

Hello I'm rather new at this game. I was reading the forums, and noticed people posting their ID number. My question is how do you find this ID number?

From the Private Trade Broker:
To do this you will need thier ID.
To find a player ID, find them in the rankings, click on their name, and look at the url (internet address in your browser). Their number is directly after '?id=' in the address.
For example, your link is:
http://www.StarGateWars.com/stats.php?id=48378 and your player ID is therefore 48378.
Find the ID and then update the trade details.
Your ID numbers will be different of course. Hope it helps

So the ID number stays the same even if they change their name?

??? wat are u talkin about?
all u hav to do is just look in html adress that gets u to gen acct info ie name allaince race naq army size etc the last 4-5 numbers after id=xxxxx
