Is it large enough? Did it give an error message? Are you out of bank-turns (number next to the bank amount). Did you loiter? (Leave page open for more than 1 minute before taking action.)

I'm having the same problem. I have plenty of bank turns, over 200. I tried depositing it in small amounts. And I'm not getting an error message.

look how much your bank holds and the you will see how much if any naq you can put in there.
