Ascention Side Efects?

I would like to know what will hapen to my CO and Officers when I Ascend. Will I get to keep them, or will I have to find them again? Also, will they Get any bonus for my Ascention? If Any of this violates Rule 16, Simply Disregard, but I would like th know on behalf of my CO and Officers. Tanx.

all is lost in ascention except lifers and planets, so relations, farm list, officers, most stats etc will be lost
bonuses? up/income relation stay but thats pretty much all benefits when considering ties to other accts other than ure acct

you lose your officers and your commander so you have to rejoin ur CO and get your officers to rejoin u. the income and up bonuses stay the same but if you take into account the bonuses to your income from ascention then your officers would get slightly more income the more times you ascend.

I always thought that when you ascend your UP would go away as well. I could have ascended a couple of months ago, but didn't because of that reason. The ascension button is just sitting there waiting for me to push it, I have over 3000 glory points, and 1.5 million lifers. I just don't want to lose my 50k UP. Perhaps I should just drop the hammer and go for it anyway. Something to ponder.

up goes away the bonuses u get from up stay. the comander-officer up bonuses that is, those stay, ure 50k up will be gone. i hav 13.5k glory and rep all of which are useless

That rips it, I refuse to ascend if I will lose my UP. 50k per day is not easy to come by, so I don't want to start all over again. Thanks for the heads up GAT, glad I went with my gut and never pushed that darn button!

im sorry little confused in that, your up goes away, but the bonuses u get from up stay?
bonuses you'd get in the other realm, or the bonus that you normal get from it, but its reset cost wise. back to minimal waiting to rebuild.

50k UP would bring a nice bonus to your ascended account

Your UP resets back to slightly above 0 (used to be 1 + the 30 UP bonus from a ppt, but that was before the patch. Not sure what minor bonus you get now). If any officers join you, the amount of bonus UP per day you get from them will be the same as before you ascended. So if your UP is 40k (natural) plus 10k (from officers) then after you ascend it will be 10,001 (10k from officers and 1 from yourself).
Hope the above made sense. Doesn't always translate from my head properly. :p

trust me, the bonuses are worth it... some people are even aiming for huge ups just to ascend. biggest ive heard of so far is 200k for an ascend

Yeah, I'd go with bryan on this one, ascending with that kinda UP will really help your ascended account.
