Blackmail the person then report it to admin. Oh and mass them if you want.

nice. but i cant mass the guy. i just got massed myself. im really strugglin. i was employed to steal his planet. i did. then i get the message. how do i report it to admin? i noticed there are a lot of stickies telling people how to do things. is there a sticky for stuff like this?

Well I don't agree with the message he sent but if I were him I sit on you for awhile.
As far as reporting him I doubt Admin will do anything since it was sent in a pm, but you can try.
Most people get to wound up in their planets, and others don't realize how valuable they are to the person you steal it from. Me personally I could handle stealing a planet for yourself alot better then stealing it for someone else. That just really gripes my .....

ok. i hear ya cuz i had all my planets stolen from me. oh well he should not have resorted to cursing. but hey it happens. oh well.
