its not really an exploit more just a natural error... because there is nothing that stops both players getting at the same time... but then both should get it since the request to the server was made at the same time. Therefore it removes the cost of 2 lots of 999 hence giving the -999 so there is no way to avoid it really, it is just an effect of a small market on a big player base/
