I go into it, come back out, doens't matter. Refresh page... I still have -1 messages

i have had that proplem and noticed it in alot of things like
players having -1 bil naq out, and
i have had -1 covert capacity.

Today when i logged on it said
Messages: 19 ( read )
When i clicked on read the page refreshed and it said.
Messages: 14 ( read )
5 messages disappeared into a black hole somewhere.

For the others... i use to say -1 sometimes... not a big deal...
