How do you get glory and reputation score? how is it scored?

First of all, this is in the wrong section. Questions go in the newbie area. Second, if you had looked there, you would have found numerous threads on this topic.
G&R is earned by making it to the top 100 and staying there.

The higher up you get the more points you will get per turn and more turns = more points total.
