Delete all messages from this person...

While trying to clean out my mailbox, i tried to use this option and its not working... I can delete each individual message, but that particular button doesnt work.

It seems to work when you are deleting messages from you, for example when sending resources a message from you to you appears. You can delete all those but for someone else the delete all button doesn't work for me.
