This ain`t funny. There are lots of computer "beginners" who don`t know too much about internet or forums and i don`t see a point of laughing on them.
To the guy who asked: the persons in white are moderators on different sections of the forum. There they can do different tasks, such as deleting, editing or moving unadecvate posts to that area. The colour may vary and it is set by the root admin of the forum.
Not all the members of CoP are moderators and not all the moderators are in CoP.

there is a simple reason. the alliances in the CoP attempt to add only mature, decent individuals. we do let a few slip through the cracks, but ah well.
also, i was talking to psi about this. im fairly sure not even 33% of the mods are actually CoP
