i think instead of a set price for all player in the market it should be set on a percentage of your income or army size so it cant be xploited that way weeker players would b able to catch up with the higher ranked players.
i have been playin for 4 months now i strugle to get past rank 3000 and it take quite a bit if i want to buy any thing in the market
im sure ne new players would also feel like this would be a good idea
even if u are a higer ranked playa think about the fact that u would be able to have compition b4 u shoot down this idea lets hear ur thoughts

I see where you are comming from, but I don't think you fully understand what is causing the problem. Most of the at's bought from the market are not bought from the accounts/mt's of large players, but rather the accounts of smaller players after a larger player pays for their mt's. So this really wouldn't solve anthing but allow them to buy more mt's.

The big players were new players too. and that time it was also hard for them to buy anything on the market. Why should it be easier for you?

and if you sell MTs, the bigger players would use the MTs of smaller players and thus save alot more naq then if they used their own

the market pricing is changing... it is slowly heading towards being balanced with the black market pricing...
but one thing that could be useful, would be to have more increments, like 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.25, 2.5, 2.75, 3.25, etc... would make trading more useful for smaller players who can afford more than 1x, but not as much as 2x or 3x or 4x...

1 idea suggested before could solve the market turns thing...
it was like:
-Eliminate market turns
-Give everyone 15multiples / week instead...
So a lil player can use 15x 1multiple, a big can use 1 x 15:)

4 months is no time at all. the reason you cannot get past 3k is that there are over 5000 active players, and most of them have been playing longer than you, how could you expect to be higher ranked than them??

we like that, bazsy... but how would one take into account the $ trades? there are some that use that (not us though), and they go up to 10x... so would there be 15x extra for use only with $$?

It could be like another pulldown menu for the dollar trades;) with 1-30x and a normal with 1-15x and no market turns at all... or 15normal and additional 15for $... I think this could be make easily...

or perhaps also three boxes, one with whole increments, one with the 15 extra $ trades, and one with partial trades...
sort of like this:
Normal__$$_____partials
box 1___box 2___box 3
__0______0______0
__1______1______1/10
__2______2______1/4
__3______3______1/3
__4______4______1/2
__5______5______2/3
__6______6______3/4
__7______7______
__8______8______
__9______9______
_10_____10______
_11_____11______
_12_____12______
_13_____13______
_14_____14______
_15_____15______
what do you think, would that work? the boxes wouldnt need to be in that order, but...

could be one... but guess its admins decision anyways....

only means you have a bad strategy, was playing for less than a month and was already in g&r (rank 600-ish) with over 1 mil army.
besides i fully support the idea of having 15 multiples instead of 3 mt's.
Some people might disagree with this now but i don't: If someone bought a ppt it would only use up 2 multiples and would leave you another 3 for real market trading.
but this would definitely help the smallers players start using their mt's and letting themselves have a nice and nifty profit instead of having to give most of it to the big players

And that at the end would help balancing the game...

I wouldn't change anything...being a weak/strong player always has its good/bad sides.

wheres the good part in being weak?
