First of All Planets are becoming more and more like the UU trend i been seeing....u no what happened to the UU they came with attacks and defense and can be killed by the massess, ppl complained and complained about losses and couldn't grow because they kept deiing and a solution was found to make them permanently un-killable(Miners), is this the fate of what planets are going to be like? untouchable just like the UU?

Not every account that steals a planet is a multi maybe if u actually put a defense on it instead of putting idle threats like this...

"Insert Name" Protect this planet
Some threatening message
Protected by "Insert alliance name"
using your reputation as protection for your planets
etc...

I have reconed many ppls account with these sort of planets names and the defense is a joke some do back it up but most of the time they have a really craptactular defense that even a small player can rob your planet.
planets are meant to be circulated there is a reason why there is a button called conquer planet and a set amount of planets the game was designed for people to take them...

Now with the couple of updates on planets pretty much killed a lot of potential from multi attacks from taking them, didn't get rid of it all but reduced it enough its not as rampart as before i guesses.

Now we get ideas like selling defense? why? i see no point in it besides the fact it will help ppl sell planets much much more better...if that was not the intention of the idea will too bad cause ppl will do it. MTs weren't meant to be sold and now ppl get creative and think of ways of getting them.

As for disbanding there are several outcomes to planet robbing
win lose
you take the planet and they don't want to fight for it back its yours

win win
you sell the planet you get the naq they get the planet

lose lose
planet is disbanded neither party get its

The disbanding planets are meant to be circulated, can u think of other things that are circulated? naq, UU, Turns, pretty much everything
if they weren't being circulated then how the hell do ppl get planets? if they disband it can i get the planet back...it can be also applied to farming if some1 farms me do i get a 24 hour thing to get my a portion of my naq back? see how stupid it is?

As for allowing certain army size to take planets from certain ppl
(reminds me of raiding 10x your rank). Sorry folks also a stupid idea i looked at the ranks lately there is a exponential army size as you increase in rank, i no full well that sooner or later the planets will all shift towards the higher ranking pages, i checked out a random page from page 1 where some ppl are sitting well above the 20 million army size mark and ascended and took a look on page 50...what do i see a huge huge huge difference in army size compared to first pagers they are a insignificant ant , with that idea about allowing army sizes to limit who can take planets and the fact that planets are already moving to the higher rank pages, these people will not get any planets hence defeats the purpose of being circulated.

I have had a very very huge player take my superb UP planet not much i could do during my state...i also been that huge person who took a way way smaller accounts planet and ignored there pleas for wanting it back.
i have had my planets stolen by pirates, multi, and wussy ascended accounts that take my planet and ascend(so much for the taking the planet back)...i have disbanded planets because i can and i just felt like it...i been called a multi for taking planets, even laughed at petty threats named on there planets, pretty much seen it all

So for the suggestion part of the forums: more of a suggestion to players who whine god dam way to much about planets...stop naming planet with threats, or being protected by a group of ppl or a single person, cause i bet most of you players have been in a situation where you are about to take a planet with some sort of warning and dismissed them as petty attempts of hiding the truth that they cant defend there planets, only way to to prevent is get a defense on them, make them unapealling to grab upgrade the size of the planet...this part is merely like a suggestion....

That is all i wanted to say...call it spam or whatever u want to label it
but i took the time to type this out so its really good dam spam, i no its not much of a suggestion more of rant.

i dont know if he agreed with ranking the planets like raiding but i think it is a good idea it would slow the planets migration if u wanta call it that to the first few pages.

there be much truth that can hurt to read here... but it is still truth...

i used to not have names on my planets, and a few good ones got stolen on me and there wasnt much i could do about it, so i saw all these planes 'protected by so and so' so i finally named my planet 'protected by someone you're afraid of' i thought it was a pretty nifty name and worked for a few months... but then it got stolen, it was never protected by anyone but it was just to ward off weary attackers....
i cant remember the point of that rant... i think it was something along the lines of i used to be part of the silly 'protected by X' people, although i did actually put a good amount of naq into defences so at least im not AS bad.... that sounds right so ill stick with that. and it is silly, if you can't defend it yourself you shouldnt have it

Your only point I disagree with is the 24hr to take back a planet. Its fine as is. You compared it to naq theft, but there are some key differences. Firstly: there isn't a limited amount of naq - amount of naq in game will generally increase assuming people dont spend more than they earn. The second is that naq production is per turn, where as planets are a one time off resource (Not entirely true, but close enough).

go SGC great way to put all of those opinions down. Planets are meant to be circulated, you put your money in them as a gamble not as a longterm investment.
