Planet question

I have 2 attack planets, one almost double the other in power
MORE POWERFUL - huge size, cost to upgrade over 32mil
LESS POWERFUL - normal size, cost to upgrade over 29bil
Question - why is the cost so close to upgrade the planet when one is so much more powerful (almost 2x as powerful)
(I really dont' think I need to say this, but if you take one... well yeah you'd die)
~Laura~
*Edit* also which is better - upgrading a planet (to have better attack stats for exammple) THEN making it bigger, or visa versa?

My guess is the person who had it before you already upgraded it alot causing the cost to go higher.
The best way to go about planets is build a suitable defence on them, then build the stats, when your done increasing the size or your planets may put people off stealing them.
Hope I helped Laura

Increasing a planet in size adds to the total power. From normal to huge is almost double.

don't know if it changes anything, but I bought the huge planet from Bel, but built the normal strike planet from literally scratch... (think 400mil power to start off)

Size doesn't effect the upgrade cost, but the amount of upgrades done before on it does. Hope this helps

I have tested it and it works like this, the bigger the planet size the more attribute you get for the upgrade. So you have a huge planet +1 bil covert and you get say 15 mil per upgrade, and you have a small one same attribute size and cost, but you get 6 mil per upgrade so after a while it will just be ruined. Trust me it works that way. Best to get it small, up the def, upgrade size, then upgrade attribute.

so get def, then upgrade, then get attribute.
