Go on profile....
Scroll down to "Link to off-site Avatar"
Paste your avy link into that
Edit- Click Submit ^_^

if your avvy got blocked by admin its because you violated the rules for avvys and lost your privelage to have one. you would have contact them to find out y.
if it hasnt been blocked, just enter the url into part where it says Link to off-site Avatar. (just like Tezerul said)

your avatar previously was too large, however, upon seeing this thread, i have restored avatar abilities, and i hope setup your new avy as linked in this thread.
