officer UP bug?

my UP that I received from my officers has dropped by 6K, I have checked and none of them have ascended or had planets taken and I have them set at 30%
is there any reason why this would drop?

i noticed the same thing happened to me...
The total up production dropped by approx 2k, despite my income set to my officers being 30 %...

yeah same, there is like no more diff between 10% and 30%

Also, as I understand it if you give 30% you gain 30% right? Well, I should be making about 1000 more per turn when I did the calculations.
I calculated to 3001 units additional from officers. But I'm only getting 1501 additional units per day. So does it only make 15% of officers UP if you have it set to give them 30% Naq? I guess if so then everything is working properly for me.

everything works fine for You. you get 15% of their up while income is at 30%
