The following is a pm exchange with a mod and GameMod, regarding the closing of my topic in the colosseum. As I see it, i'm not being treated rightfully in this matter, and maybe some of you have some similar stories to tell.
I consider the forums should be a space with equal rules for everbody.
This same sequence has been forwarded to the game admin and I expect it is under his/her study at the moment.
For those who doesn't know, I've opened a thread in the colosseum section, against the "Omegans"...or CoP. Now it has been closed, and I think the explanations for that haven't been clear, and that I have the right to ask why.
I really want to believe that the mods who watch over it, remains neutral when at the forums, and that is why I demand a clear explanation, pionting the why of the closure, showing the broken rules if possible. Maybe most dont care when their topics are closed...but that doesn't mean that we have the right to know why and claim until clear and sufficient explanation is given.

Dear GameMod, I guess you are the supreme authority of this game, and I need to ask for you opinion over a matter of top importance for the game health.
I think im not being fairly treated in this case. I beg you to see it and tell me if im wrong and why.
It may be a little long but please take your time, as I've been playing for very long now and never disturbed you before, but this time I feel a major abuse is taking place.

the thread keeps repeating the same things over and over. Once ur actually at full scale war with Omega ur welcome to open a thread. Many people have requested for the thread to be closed..all of them neutrals.

That lot of people you said, wasn't forced to read it right?...if they were neutral..why to bother reading it...or posting on it?...its pure logic...if anyone read it and it is neutral...how could be his/her request counted to lock it??...I think you are trying to remain as a good mod..but this time right thing to do is to re open it and you know it...
If you think it is better to put it in another place, then do it, and give your reasons....I hope you are not being abusing on your mod status??!!?!?!? that would be fatal for the game. Please note that you should take away all the differences you have with me in your account plane...and deal with me as with any other guy in the forums...you must admit that the forum was of public interest as it was the most visited and replyed.
So far no reasons to close it...or to move it instead of closing it...plese re open it asap.

I would advise you not to question me again. The thread remains closed.

Utherex, as you are saying yourself there has been a lot of spam in that thread... and you also know that this isn't the first anti-Omega anti-CoP topic...

I personally don't think it belonged in the Galactic Colosseum to begin with as it was not about an alliance war it was more about some people's frustration with Omega.

In my humble opinion, everyone does deserve the right to express their opinion about the game and how it evolves but the problem about anti-Omega/CoP topics is that they will always attract spam, become pages and pages long and won't really serve any purpose...

You do know there are people who want to discuss this matter and who feel the same way you do. It might be better to meet them somewhere else... in another forum. I don't think anyone would lock a topic where you invite people to discuss this matter with you somewhere else... but posting here over and over again where the entire community will jump on it will always result in: spam, spam, insults, even more insults, some more spam...... locked!

That thread was a thread full of insults and spam.

I would not have a problem with you recreateing anouther thread, so long as it was not full of insults, and spam.

You question has been answered, You cannot bring this kind of thing up here. Yes,you can PM ME if you feel you have been unfairly treated by a ADMIN/Game Mod and i will speak to them directly. Seeing as it was on my part of the forum. This will however take time to investigate as the thread in question is massive. Now if you want me to spend my time investigateing your thread being closed and you feeling you where unfairly treated because of spam and name call, then PM me. Otherwise, i could get on with modding.

I would advise not bringing Conspiricy onto the forum like this, as admins tend to pounce on people like yourselfs for makeing threads like this, go through Official channels, such as me, or anouther moderator with whom you have confidence, your question has been answered, if you wish to persue the matter further you may do so through me, ask around, i think most people have the upmost confidence in me and most of the other mods. This is now locked to save yourself saying anything that will get you banned.

Oh...and Admins are not the same as mods, Dont get them mixed up, esp when makeing bold statements such as "biased".
