This account went from (when first spotted) 25mill army size up to 75 mil in a few days not to mention all the stats it has & planets which i will not post stats but would have cost massive amounts.
when it was first spotted, I reconed the 2 oficers it had make you own mind up, when you see the id's & up's & army size. There is something wrong here & needs to be investagated.
his two officers Id's

I have called this strange & said it needs to be looked at, but it is even stranger now, you post saying about his officers & then all of a sudden they are not his officers

Very very odd. The only possible explanation that makes sense is someone quitting one account and transferring over all their resources. However, that doesn't explain the planets and they are quite impressive for an account of that vintage.
As far as purchase of the resources is concerned, the movement of 75 million UU over a couple of weeks would not have escaped the attention of many players, not just Omega. There are certainly very few single players capable of selling them that much UU and the sheer number of smaller players involved to build such an amount would have been quite obvious from the black market.
Add to the mystery that the account made some very obvious and n00by mistakes in the allocation of those resources.
Quite strange indeed...

well he said that those are his cousin and his neighboor when I asked him
btw he said he bought uu's for $, so I guess chekc big players and thier army sizes
and I doubt a multi would generate 75 mil uu in such short time

Next time you make a statemnt like that, perhaps it would be an idea to say that you don't actually know what you're talking about...

Since it seems pretty clear hear that you don't know the person, you are going off something he told you, and you do not know that "he is not a cheater"
All multies lie, all exploiters lie, all cheats lie.
That said, I'm not saying he's a cheat, but you shouldn't be saying he isn't like you're stating fact.

You are right, I dont know 100% if he is a cheater or not, but if he bought those units he is not. I know only what he told me and for now I believe him. I have seen people buying accounts and resources for great amount of $.
Only admin can check his version how he got those units, the rest is only a speculation

more and more people will become like him because everyone wants to sell his naq or uu for $ so the rates are falling very quickly...
price of naq fell from 20 cents for bill to nearly 10 cents
price of 1 k uu fell from 0,12 $ per k to 0,06$ per k..
This game is becoming vey cheap. lots of players contributed their time around 2 years to raise their account without $, then the option of selling ingame resources for real $ came and it ruined every server.
