A new planets suggestion

This idea just popped in my mind today:
Every planet should have a percentage about who the population support at the moment.
Its like 0% when u find a netural planet. But the owner get +1% every day, this can go up to 100%. If someone steal the planet he lost 10% reputation on that planet, so it will be -10% after taken. Now this reputation percentages will weaken/strengthen the def and attck.
Eg: Player A had the planet for 20days. He have +20%
Player B take the planet, now player A have +20% on planet def.
After A took it, B will have +20% on attack against that planet (but will loose 10% when he took back)
Player B will have only 90% of the def they put on the planet, since he has a -10% at the time.
Now the funny thing is... with pingponging a planet, one can loose up to 100% which means he cannot take that planet anymore...
This will limit the massing of planets too... since after 10attacks they will be unable to take that planet, since its -100% thats a 0.
Well its a bit chaotic now. But its just a firts draft...

LOL
ill try to make it simple:
If u have a planet your reputation will rise 1% every day
If someone attack a planet they will loose 10% reputation on that planet
If u take it back u will loose 10% too...
The reputation will add to or take from the attack and def. like:
If u have 50% reputation your def ont that planet will be 50% more effective.
If someone take it they will get -10% so if they build 1b def on that, it will be 900m effective def. If u try to take it back with 1b attack, your attack will be 1500m.
Attacking a planet 10times will make their reputation on that planet -100% which means they cannot harm that planet again.
Ask i will tell, sorry for the bad english in the starting post but:
-Its not my first languaga
-I was very tired
PS:
Forum rule 6 ) No making fun of someone else's spelling/English.
Next time simple ask me to correct it... everyone can be tired...

u could also add in a random aspect of it that say u had to mass down a planet a bit and u only had say 40% on it or whatever the planet could rebel and ud lose the effects of that planet for a few days or something like that, but yeh urs is a good idea xD.

it could work, but it would need to be that ping ponging the planet means it will eventually end up with the player that originally had it, otherwise it would pretty much mean you WILL lose the planet. if the attacking player wants it bad enough they can build defences on it to stop the ping ponging before they lose the ability to take it again.
also i think the 1% a day is to low, that means you can go from 0-100 a nax of 3 times a year and with the amount of planet taking going around not many people would have planets above 30%
perhaps the option to upgrade your reputation grwoth on that planet? but if you dont have the planet for say a week, it resets back to 0?

perhaps the more naq u put into the planet (ie. developing it) would increase your popularity. since upgrades cost exponentially more, the more developed a planet is, the harder it is to develop it more thus making your repuation harder to maintain. and if it gets taken, when u take it back the population will obviously be dissapointed with you for letting them be conquered but as you have previously built them up your reputation would rise quickly back to wat it was. and if it isnt taken back within the 5 days thats stay on your attack logs (from the originaly attack) then they loose faith in you and if u take it back you have to start from scratch
an idea, feel free to pick any holes in it

THis has a big flaw like most of the suggestions. It will once again benefit the big players and weaken the small ones.
Lets say you've got 3 bil fleet power and planet has 3 bil defence.
You know it has 100%.
So you just do 19 hits with 500 mil and the 20th hit u use full power and it cannot be taken back. Than you buy really high defence on it and the small ones cannot take it back, because their fleets can only mass it and you cant hit more than 20 times ( take it its at 100% and you can get it to -100%). And beisdes they should of wait 200 days to get the 20 hits opportunity if i correctly understood this.
I don't like it at all.

but that will encourage teamwork and lets face it, big playhers will ALWAYS have advantage over the small ones...
