Commander/Officer Income bug

Hello,
this is my first ever bug report so please go easy on me if it's not actually a bug. :)

I will first start off by giving the basic naq that my commander gives me, the naq I get, and the naq that I give my officer.
Ideally, I originally make 65 mil, 100 mil with commander's bonus naq. My officer originally makes 10 mil, and 50 mil with my bonus naq. Now, here's the problem. Sometimes I will randomly notice my naq turns to 65 mil, but my officer's would remain at 50 mil. Many combinations of this naq income happen though, without anyone changing their naq giving percentages. Sometimes, mine will remain at 100 mil, but my officer's will go down to 10 mil, while I'm still giving 30%. The only way the problem is sometimes fixed is by setting the naq giving rate down, then back up to 30%, but even then, it doesn't stay as it should for long.

I hope my explanation made sense, and I hope that someone can have an explanation for it.

There is some bugs around the officer/income system.
I had an officer, and when he left my income remained 30% lower... i had to set myself, to commander, and dismiss myself after 24hrs in order to repair it...:S nothing else helped...

Is anything, or can anything be done about such bugs as these, as they can fall at very awkward times.
Recently, I noticed what to me seems like another bug, again. I got a covert planet, but I don't think it's giving me the full potential of what it should.I'll explain now:
My base covert is approx 4.5 bil. I got a planet with 2.5 bil, which bumped it up to about 6.5 bil. I decided to upgrade the planet to almost 5 bil, but it only increased my covert to a total of about 7 bil. I find it most unusual now, as when I try to upgrade the planet some more, it doesn't affect my covert anymore at all.
Is there something I'm missing here, or is it also a bug? And if it is a bug, how can it be fixed, as I don't think I'm getting the full potential out of my planet.

that one is simple. your planet will only increase your stats by a maximum of 1/2 of your base. which means that if you have a base of 4 billion power and your planet adds more than 2 billion it is being wasted as it will only add 2 billion because your base is 4 billion. or at least i think thats what it is. i think that one is in the FAQ's

Ahh, alright then, thanks for the explanation. I was a little confused about the matter, but I understand it now. I now wish I didn't uprade it so much, hehe.
