What stats prevent this?

is it your personal defence ones

or do planet stats also come into play, do i need defence planets to stop decension?

i dont care about rank there so if planets arent needed i wont add anymore

I think first your psychical deffence has to go to 0

then it is a direct attack on u... where u defend ur self with the personal deffence

From what I understnad you dont have to get their p[hysical defense to 0, just beat it past a certian point. All depends on your actual power really.
