what is wrong with Commander Ranking , a time ago it was cool,"normal"but how can now be someone with 0 oficers and almost 0 army size ranked 1 ?

Theres a big bug thread on this (or atleast there was) No-ones quite sure why it has done that but I hope it gets sorted out (although its not looknig that promising atm, its been liek this for some time now)

if once you see a planet and spy on it, first spy mission said thr plnet was an covert one, and the second it was an income, does that mean it was a dual planet ?

do you see number 1. and 3. ?(number 1 is the last made)
It writes its a covert planet, and 30s before this spy mission it wrote it was an income planet

how is this possible ?

it was the same planet name but i dont give names out

It is a dual planet. Yes. Or someone used their Merlin's Device on you.

someone stole it and he told me that it was onyl an income planet, but he too sped on it and found an covert
