Troop Morale rating

How about having a morale rating for the troops? I suggest to let it work this way, if a weak strike attacks an extremely strong defense, the troops will get low morale because it is really a suicide run. Therefore there should be a 25% lost of strike action to the attacking troops for the next attack.
Meanwhile if a very very much stronger strike force attacks an extremely weak defense, they will suffer morale lost as well as it is seen as a bullying attack and is dishonorable. The disadvantage will be 25% lost to the next attack.
On the positive side, if a strike manages to overcome a comparable strength defense they gain a 25% bonus for the next strike.
Meanwhile, if a defense survives a comparable strength strike, they gain 25% bonus for the next defense.
This will encourage the use of covert and make replicator race more popular.
And for like replicators, they have no morale so morale rating does not apply.

So then before every hit I just hit some random n00b with little to no defense? I mean, my massings will look something like this:
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
N00b
Actual target
Until the actual target has no defense left. Too big of a loophole.

I don't understand how hitting a noob will help when hitting the noob gives you the attacker a 25% lost of strike action for the next attack. If you mean by hitting the noob is to remove the 25% loss then i suppose the lost/gain of 25% should then last for 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, or 12 hours or maybe for the next 15-30 attack turns used.
Hmmm, a new thought. Using Naq to increase troop morale by giving Naq to the troops as a bonus pay to boost their morale.

All it does is power up those of us who have a massive naq income. Think of it this way. It costs 1bill naq to power up your troops to 25% extra on strike per hit right?(just throwing numbers) I can get 25% more to my strike each turn, which is more cost effective for me than raising my strike. It won't work(Read:LOOPHOLE).

Pointless posts were removed. However i know the names who did them, so consider this a pre-warning. This section is mainly for admin, and since everyone saying he doesn't have enough time to this game, i don't see a point to take more of his time with spam...

ok, repliz arn't affected cause their machines, well gou'auld (its 1am, so i cant spell atm) are just doing what their god tells them to, so most of them have no conscience anyways, same with the armies of the ascended beings (i'm assuming thats how you explain why my shell has an army...), the Tauri (i know theres an apostrophe in there somewhere...) are defending their home world (Terra), and then its just unfair to have the asgard being the only one's who are affected by this...as their def is already dang near impenetrable to all but the ascended & the Tauri...
guess whether i like this suggestion or not?
