if i ascended and then changed race to asgard will i be an ancient or will i be an asgard?

erm...dont ascend then change race...thats stoopid.

this belongs in the newbie area chum. but no; once you have your ascended account, that's it. you just lose everything on main. more or less.

If you ascend and change race back to asgard you would be an asgard. It would be dumb to change back to a basic race after you have ascended. Ascended weps are better etc.

yea but im an goa'uld at them moment and i want to joni an all asgard alliance what should i do?

yes i do i have 6

You can change race then but I am not sure what the cost is now. I have not changed race in over a year but when I did it back then I lost all of my technology levels I had to untrain all of my people and lost those that I could not untrain and I had to sell weps. I would find someone who has done it recently.

if you ascend you can change to another ascended race with no penalties
if you ascend and then go to a lesser race you will lose the normal things and you will no longer be a 'prior of the whoever' but still only have 9 ascentions left
i suggest either not ascending or just ascend and not change to a lesser race
if its purely to get into an alliance its not worth it

An asgard alliance should accept Ancients too

obviously if you changed to asgard then ud b asgard.

but as every1 said, changing to a basic race after ascending is a waste and not worth it.
