security code doesnt show up

on the main page, the 3 digit security code does not load, and therefore, i cannot log in.

Just adding my bit. i got IE and the 3rd number doesnt show up for me. Tryed deleted temp files ,and cookies but didnt help. Gotta ask for try all 9 numbers

There is 2 new type of login codes... So usualy 1 didit is writen by letter like : three, or its not black on white, but white on black... I think you must have an issue with this. Working fine for me btw...

Yeah there are a few variations, but it all works fine and is no harder to log in.

This issue has just happened to me with the 3rd number not showing up correctly and it was the white dots on a black background. Also I am using IE and my id is 58276. I tried to refresh the screen and that did not work either.

Firefox would be the best solution.... IE will never be perfect... since its a Microsoft product....

if someone that does NOT get the numbers, gets someone that DOES get the numbers to screenshot them ... and can tell me which are not showing up (black on white dot/white on black dot/spelled out numbers) i can investigate...
it has to be before turn hcange though, sicne hte image will of course change.

I have just had it happen again on a different pc using firefox. The issue seems to be the 6 when it has white dots on a black background and it seems to try and spell out 6 but is unreadable as this only happens with the number 6 for me
