i can spy on someone, i can , than i wanted to sab him. with all my 200k spys
BUT when i put the number into that ------- i just did that 99999999999
BUT the highest number wich you can sab is 99 999, AND THAT IS HALF AND NOT ALL,
SO I LOSE A LOT OF MY SPYS; BECUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO PUT THE NUMBERS IN.
why ?

I am pretty sure that you can type in 200k. When you sab someone you lose 10% of your spies so you want to figure out the least amount of spies that you can send with failing.

that is the point, i was able to spy with 200k but not sab with 200k but only 99 999 spys

Idk, 200k should be fine to enter as a number.

try it its like 200000
and i have copyed the numbers i can type in
12345
so if you see the highest number can only be 99 999 (5 numbers AND NOT 6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111)
that is 100 000 -

i think i see 6 numbers dont i

You aren't putting a coma in or anything are you? It would be typed in like 200000. And do you have 200k spies?
When I click on someone and hit sabotage I can type in 8 digits I can type in 20000000.

You won't like the answer... but it is simply the cap that is in place on how many spies you can send for a sab mission. A choice was made and put into the programming.
It keeps angry weaker players who want to quit quantum from throwing massive amounts of spies at someone much stronger to hurt them before leaving. Whether you consider this a good thing or a bad thing... that's your opinion.
To sum up:
Your question: Why?
the answer: because

Personally I think that's a pretty stupid measure to have in place, especially in a shorter-term game.

Actually Pung, I think it makes more sense in a shorter term game. There is no time to rebuild and having this unlimited gives too much power to weaker players to hurt stronger, more developed players.
This wave it's the worst for such a thing. You can trade turns in for miners at the rate of 120k:1k right now. Without that limit, someone who has done nothing but sit on their hands until this point could trade in 5k turns for miners, use their income for the remainder of the day to buy covert levels and farm with the 6 turns/tick they get after that trade... By the end of the day they'd have maybe level 17 covert and 600k spies... That could hurt all but the top few at ths point... And that's with a few hours work against all wave of development.
I think the cap is a good thing.

Well there is such a thing as a Kamakazi . As you put it yeah I dont think you should put all your troups inas spies and sab a person and quit. But with the growing number of armies in this game it should be unlimited. last wave the up was over 40k a day see how it would make sense to raise it?
