how do you all feel about using the basic units and the super units??

besides the advantage of having more power, what could be reasons not to train basic into supers??

just wondering, also if everyone just trains all there basic units too supers..

personally i dont really hav many normal ones mostly supers, do keep a few k normal so theyre ready to become supers when supers die, merc are meat sheilds and so are nromal soldiers a bit

If you plan on ascending, all supers will be sacrificed, hence you'll have less uu to rebuild with after the ascension.

Another reason is if your alliance goes to war, or you tick someone off, you won't be able to untrain defence supers and hence they're forfeit.

I would say... avoid supers if your planning to keep ascending and don't raid a lot to replace the uu.

how much more does the supers provide? as in def/att?

i wondered this, but i dont really pay attention when i train them, lol.

supers are 2x stronger than norm soldiers

And you lose far less of them when you attack somebody

Power-wise: regular troops and mercenaries are equal, supers are double the power.

Yep, mercs are just meat sheilds.

I personally allways train Supers due to there higher defence vaule. Altough if you are ascneding and want to re asnced faster or better the next time I would go with the 'Normal' troops.
