The Downsides of Ascension for your Main account

Hey, ok, just a few things.
When we ascend, we lose everything.
I suggest we be allowed to keep 2 things.
1) all our ingame messages.
2) all our officers
I realized that all my officers would have recieved a "you have been dismissed" message, and now they will probably think very low of me because they think I've dismissed them.
Either that, or have them sent a message saying "Your Commander has ascended to a higher plain of existance, if you would like to continue as his officer, please message him/her ingame". Something like thats.
Thats all.

LOL, altho the keeping messages bit doesn't concern me the officers message thing seems cool.
but why keep them? you wud essentially be restarting... they wud have far surpassed you so the benefits to them (other than loyalty) wud be small at first

what i did was messaged my officers explaining y i am ascending, and asked them to return, dispite a lack of incentive. Many said they'd stay loyal and they are coming back one by one.

dunno if my officers well return to me
then again i wont have to think about ascending anytime soon

Hey, a question for the glowy squids (ascended). Does your shell account get any bonuses? Because the ones I have seen are rising a bit fast for new accounts!

thats because many made plans to make sure their shells were taken care of after ascension by transfering naq and uu to someone to hold for them until after they ascended.
