what does this meen quantities, and how do i get them, cause under market, it says make planet with 3 quantities or use 1 to power a merlin devise?

It means Market Turns, you need all 3 Market Turns to make a planet, and u need only 1 Market Turn to beable to move the planet for 3 days.

and if u dont use your 3 MTs in the week b4 the market resets, then you forfeit the right to use them. (ie. they dont accumulate)
