Increase Energy Flow Ability

Now that the max amt of Energy has increased perhaps the upgrade should provide more of an improvement as well.

I disagree for the most part..
I couldnt care less if it increases to 2 per level or something small like that, but the game just began. We are not meant to have awesome stats right away, and I personally would rather have to build myself up a little at a time then feel godly on the second day of this game.
In a month or so, everyone stats will look just fine. Lets not go overboard and give out like 5 per level... it takes time to build up...

I think the problem is the Indu bonus is effectively half what it was before.

If you buy a max increease upgrade
the per turn amount also increases
but ever so slightly

Surely because flow stuff is a %....Though i suck at maths, so I won't check.
