As I was going to St. Ives,
I met a man with seven wives.
Each wife had seven sacks,
Each sack had seven cats,
Each cat had seven kits.
Kits, cats, sacks, and wives,
How many were going to St. Ives?

There was in fact only 1 person going to St ives.

But my question is How many people am i going to mass before i pass the number of total living obects met.

Ne1 Got an answer. This is legit Discussion i do believe

I got rules on who can be massed but you the viewers decide

Every Person in SGW has the chance to nominate 1 person to mass that day.
That Person can not be cop or a subsidary of cop (protecterate)
The may not be my friend
They must not be in a war

A structure, passed by reference, would be more efficient and easier to maintain...
