I am trying to upgrade someone elses account. This is what my account says.

You are limited to three (3) trades/donations combined per week, only 2 of which can include the protected planet treaty (PPT) bonuses per calander week.
For example, if you did 2 trades, and 1 donation, you would be at your maximum. If you traded for PPT, and donated - you would have but one non-PPT trade remaining.
Doing multiple or partial quantity of packages counts as 1 trade.
You have used 1 trades and/or donations this week.
You have used 1 PPT bonuses this week.

So I have used 1 PPT this week. I should be able to upgrade an account yes? When I try I get this.

There is a limit, though, of upgrading your account to a maximum of 2 times per calendar week for bonuses that include the protected planet treaty applications (PPT).

There is a limit of 2 account upgrades per week that include PPT bonuses. This is to ensure the game is fair to all. We thank you for your support in reaching that limit!
The 'week' renews after the last turn is given out during the 00:00 hour on Mondays.


Any one have any suggestions?

Did the account you were trying to upgrade use its 2 PPTs?

inquiring now, bet thats it they just didnt tell me.
