Making someone your commander.

I want to make some1 my comander, but the button in their profile isn't there?
but it is on others. Why does this happen, and how can i make them my commander?

Most likely, this person is playing from the same IP-address as you. If you want to become their officer, you need to login from another IP-address.

probably a bug, cus i should b able to join. not unless their are restrictions?

Are you at war with the person by any chance? Apparently this stops you from doing it also.

Yeh they declared war on me, but then they declared peace.
Do i then have to wait 24hrs 2 join now then?
