You need to go to your preferences on the bottom of your command page and change it so you can accept the SS bonus. currently it won\'t let me transfer it to you

This is what the person that is giving me SS said, problem is I dont know what he is talking about, I have only used 1 PPT this week can anyone help

when you log into the game: scroll down
look to the right
you should see "Change E-Mail / Password / Vacation Mode"
click on it
look for "Accept Upgrades Bought by Others"
click it
click update
