Changeing Race

NOTE: You can change advanced race to advanced race as long as you have race changes left to use. There are no ill effects.
BUT - If you change races (to a 'basic' race) you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE BACK to an advanced (post ascension) race -- at least not without reaching ascension again.
Ok, i'm currently ancient, and i would like to become system lord, can i do that whitout loseing my UP, spy-level, units and soo on...?

I also have another qeuston!
If you were to change from an Ancient and go back to say Replicators so one of the four starting races, when you ascend you become a prior again but would a 2nd Ascended account be created or would it just boost your already existing one?

Lord Apollo, that means i can change from Ancient to System Lord whitout bad affect? Are you 100 % sure?

I changed from Ancient to System lord and there were no ill effects. So to sum it up - feel free to change. Don't know about second part of your question.

i've changed it, and then found out, that advanced races, don't have the same bonuses as the basic ones

nemesis, if you're a LG+3 and change race to goa'uld, next time you ascend you will only be a prior and you cannot ascend again (as you've done your 10 max already)

You told me exactly what i wanted to know
I was just thinking that if you could redo all 10 ascensions then i would get to LG then change race then ascend again
But you cant
