I would say that it's unlikely that more and more people will decide to post here depending on if they see it. It seems like this is more of a word of mouth sort of thing. If someone doesn't want to post where they live, no one can make them, and bumping would serve no purpose. The bumping wouldn't convince someone to post if they live there if they've already decided noy to post or that they don't want to share where they live.
Perhaps you could ask people who are from Ireland to chat with people playing to post here or something?

ive lived here 15 years(im 15 years old!) and my area has a population of 8k, about 3k below 30 and about 500 - 1k people about my age , so if im lucky about 3 of them play this game! so i am being VERY hopeful that i find one person
