In attack list I see a lot of people with 300mio naq or more that have no defence.

Why ?

300mil isn't that much anymore

so they have 3bio strike power and 0 defense power ?

like:

0 Defense Clone have
43 Defense Clone came unarmed!
10 Defense Drone came unarmed!

Chances are they are players who have left the game and their defences have been massed away.
