A lot of people said it would be a flop, but it was the best episode of stargate I have ever seen.
The asgard are gone, but they went nobely.
Vala + Daniel, there is something there, and it just needs to blossom.
Tealc loses 50+years, but gains so much insight.
And, the best thing, we got all teh asgards knoledge and can DESTROY THE ORI MOTHERSHIPS!!

i have to agree, i think it was much better than if it had been a massive war one like most series end. the new tech in amazing!!!!!
4 ori ships destroyed in one episode! and best part that 2 were taken out my the odyessy itself.
Does anyone else that seen the last episode feel sad? I know it's only a show but I really do feel down.

there are very fews things i have been connected to for 10years

It was a fantastic episode and a worthy finale to a brilliant sci-fi programme. It has earned its place among the other sci-fi legends.

It was deffinatly one of my favorite episodes, and a brilliant send off for the show.
I too feel sad that it is gone but i am glad we still have atlantis and the new series plus the movies, so its not all bad.
I wonder how this will effect atlantis now though, i mean with that kind of fire power they could easyly take on wraith hiveships and give the asurans a run for their money.
And now with the asgard gone, how will deadalus deal with a big problem without hermiod
Anyways brilliant episode, bring on the movies

I guess we won't find out about hermiod's fate until season 4, but i would be surprised if he is there, afterall if he has the disease aswell he would probably do what the others did. You watch next season they will find a way that they could have saved the asgard in the ancient database.
