So... Lord Varga recently started a thread ( http://herebegames.com/StarGateWars/vie ... hp?t=67244 ) stating his frustration with people for attacking ST and involving them in the war. He stated it wasn't fair to pick on the little guys, because they couldn't fight back, and they weren't involved in the war. Well, a few days ago I took a little over 1 billion naq from Lord Varga, not knowing that he was or wasn't involved in the war. Well, he started to mass me, so I went on PPT, and a few messages were exchanged between us... they are as follows:

Me: "Wow don't mass... if you want the money back you can have it. It wasn't that much..."

Him: "sure but i want back 20 bil because i'm in war against COP and you are vulture...40391 is my id...you have 15 mins time.."

Me: "I can't give you 20 billion naq. I make 30 million per turn. My commander is in the war against CoP also. Please do not mass me, save your attack turns for massing CoP people."

Him: "then send me 80k uu..."

Me: "Why should I send you 80k uu? I took barely over 1 billion naq."

Him: "you don't ahve to send me....you will just made my tomorrow more happy... you are vulture,,we are in war against COP and you are using this to take naq... "

Me: "I'm not a vulture... How was I supposed to know that you are in a war? Had I known that your alliance was in the war, I wouldn't have attacked. I offered to pay you back your money, but you didn't want it. I'm not sure what more you want from me. I'm not going to be pushed around by you, if you mass me, then my commander and BWP will retaliate against you."

Him: "i don't care...you made mistake not me...i'm just offering way to not pay for this..if you don't want to take it this isn't my problem..."

Me: "I can pay you up to 2 billion naq, any more than that and its out of the question. That would more than cover any repairs and losses you lost from my attack."

Him: "i told you...you don't have to pay....you attacked me and i will mass you..."

Me: "Whatever dude... obviously you are a jerk. There's no reason I should have to pay you that much over a single hit. I was being friendly by offering to pay you back. Anyways, I will get in touch with my Commander, who also happens to be my brother and let him know that he has someone to sabb."

Him: "check your officer Dominic...he is loosing spys :S..ups...i will just come after you in 2 days...enjoy till then!"

He ended up massing my officer Dominic (who has an army size of 250,000) to 0 defense, and stole one of his planets.

So I'm wondering, in the thread you stated you were saying people shouldn't pick on lower guys, yet you are trying to pick on me and my officers over a single naq attack? I even offered to pay you back plus a little extra for the repair bill. I'm in no way involved in the war, I'm not even in an alliance. I'm just minding my own business, trying to get myself ascended. I only have 800k army size, so I think I consider myself one of the "little guys". So, if you're so angry about people attacking and massing ST, then why do you feel its ok to mass me and my officers? Isn't that kind of hypocritical?

To the other people of SGW... am I the only one that thinks something is off here?

It has been clearly stated on the vulture thread that people are ABSOLUTELY NOT vultures if they hit once. It must be someone farming you or maybe someone who attacks you once and you inform that if they do not stop then they will be considered a vulture, but they attack again anyway.


However, being in the war myself, I can understand LV to a point, it can get quite frustrating to find an absurd amount of n00bs (no offense ) in your attack log...but IMO he should have asked for, yeah, about 2bil naq and you to set peace with him/his officers and to stay away from the war.

No, SC have argued themselves into a nice little hole. Personally, I've no respect for the alliance. But then, I doubt my word carries any weight with them.

I have read the exact emails in question. He attacked an officer of someone who attacked him even though the naq was offered to him back. A fee for someone attacking him is a bit dumb.

But to attack an officer is a bit cowardly if you ask me. Especially when he's been crying about the ST.

Also, I would not say that Hollywood is a Noob. I would consider a noob someone who has no idea what's he's doing or is being a huge poser...Hollywood has been playing this game for many months.

Wasn't necessarily calling him one, just saying that if he was seen next to a bunch, he was probably grouped in as a n00b vulture (esp. since 800k is small to a lot of larget players). N00b is relative to the player calling the name..




And yeah I forgot about the offficer part Hey PM me and I'll help you get him back on his feet. I've already said that I don't think hitting people's officers is right. I had to dismiss all mine so they wouldn't get massed by CoP Btw...someone by the name of, what was it?...Tokra? Did the same thing: Massed an officer because the origanal attacker went on PPT. Can't you people just wait 2 days to get back at them? Geez...

sad..what can i say.....me doesn't have any words to say either....i have a feeling that SC anf ST won't get out of this mess cheap.....

Just to inform you, LV, with what you have done, you proved that you have no honour and you are an ipocrit. I was about to leave ST alone, not that i attacked them too often, only at the begining of the war, but consider this: If you do not pay back to Hollywood`s officer what you have destroyed, troops and naq, i will make sure no one from ST and from your alliance will have a decent defence and spys until the end of the war. Hollywood, please post here if Lord Varga gave your officer his things back. If there are other player who feel like me, you are free to join.

PS Don`t you think about disbanding them because i have noted all the IDs.

Its ok lauren, you don't have to help rebuild. Maybe that job should be left up to Varga. I do appreciate the notion though.

And yeah, I don't take offense to someone calling me a noob in this game, because, comparative to most people on this forum, I am a noob. But that's ok, because I'm pretty good at other computer games, and I understand ya can't be good at them all right?

Well hitting innocent ST members is not really right in my book, I mean I dont agree with what LV did, but I dont think hittin ST members is right. LV is responsible so he should suffer the consiquence unless he pay the naq he owes. Sorry LV, your on fault on this one.

Oh, and I forgot to mention... my officer Dominic can't take back the planet, because LV abandoned it as soon as he took it.

They aren`t innocent. The friends of my enemy are my enemies.

Maybe we should just have a mass LV party until he pays it back. That sounds like fun.

they did not do it, he did it, but since your in the war and basically they are in the war, you can do as u wish, but do not think it is the right thing to do, massing other people for actions of 1 person is not really right.

I have said what i wanted and because i don`t speak too much on forums this is my last reply on this matter. I can`t tolerate a guy who speaks of something and does something else. Peace, until we meet on the battlefield.
