But as you can see, the Unit Production is a bit high for an account like that, now isn't it?

The Dangerboy account appears to be an inactive account..... I can tell this because it has 4000 turns.

The account is probably empty because it is likely to have been massed to oblivion so that people can farm it.

Agreed.

Only way to be sure would be if a gamemod went and checked the accounts activity.

If it's making periodic resource transfers then its prolly a multi (or just a guy that quit, but sends his stuff to a freind.)
