auto training bug

when my up and auto training are equal and i try to upgrade my auto training it says
"Your daily training can never exceed your NATURAL (pre bonus, pre officer) daily unit production, since it is the new units that you are training. Those units produced in the past are not as easily trainable, and will now require the dedication and cost of your one time training programs."
however when i stay one below and input a multiple i can train them,done it 3 times now to test and i can still do it
