I found out today that you can transfer one turn to a player that shares an IP with you, but you cannot transfer more than one turn at a time.

~ I have requested IP exceptions on many occasions and I still have not had any response negative or positive... ~

If and admin happens to read this, maybe the bug will be fixed and maybe I can get thous exceptions finally.
