Brian Flores/Lord Balder/Lord Kalak

Here goes.
BrianFlores aka Lord Balder 70062
Loki234, 1906400 (supposedly his little brother)
Colonel Jackson, 79747 ( supposedly his sister)
and his newest one,
1908188 Lord Kalak which I've already pretty much destroyed.
His motis operandi is to latch onto a high ranking player usually in the top 100, change the name of his planets to "protected by ______" (insert CO or alliance)
In an MSN conversation to another player Brian told that player that he had deleted his original account, later it was found the account still existed he made some lame excuse as to why it hadn't been deleted and that he'd given the account to me
this other player then posted me in the cheaters section. which he has since withdrawn and will remain nameless
when confronted about this the other player then provided me with Brians new ID.
today I spied out this new ID, he had attached himself to one of the ranking members of the AOE, I then hit him twice and sent him an email saying simply "hello Brian"
within 15 minutes he had changed CO and was now a member of the Aeon Kings.
he then over the course of 5 emails protested ignorance as to knowing a Brian and said he'd been given the account. at that I said I'd confirm it with the leaders of both alliances he was connected with. and that he was full of it and If he didn't deleete the account I would sit on it.
his reply was
his known email addresses are mailto:brianflores@hotmail.com and mailto:brianflores@msn.com.
Brian obviously has acces to multiple IP addesses or at least is using an IP masker as it is obvious he is transferring resources between his accounts.
I have coppies of his emails and MSN conversations to coroborate this. I would post it here but there is simply to much information
Mods/Admin I don't know if you could do anything in this situation but this player is and already has broken or flaunted every rule in the game
He needs to be dealt with.
so guys, leave your officers boxes unchecked and don't trade with this guy
