How do you descend someone?

I am doind ascended assaults, and have his LF down to 1, but when i did another assault, it just stayed at 1. didn't say i descended him or anything. I ave done 5 full damage ascended attacks in the last 2 days.

It's been explained to me... it's not a bug... you just have to continue attacking to completely wipe-out all the Life Force Reserves... which often number in the 200-300K's.

And if you wait to attack, the reserves regenerate.

The reserves only regenerate if he can get back to full strength in regular life force, so it actually isnt so hard to descend someone. You just have to be patient and hit them every four hours.
It also depends on how much damage you are doing each attack. You would want to be doing at least 60,000 damage each time. You just need to multiply your opponents life force max by ten, and assume this is probably his life force reserve, then calculate how many times you need to hit him before he is descended.

Of course 90K is preferable, but 60K is just about the minimum for descending a below average account quickly.

I don't see the ascended assaults in my options...where is it?

60k is still quite good, IF it is the final damage
i know that when i did a few personal attacks my power went from around 80k to around 34-40k
