Wars - The Nox Way...

Wars are devastating on all involved... the economy drops... its a proven fact...
So how come realms are able to replenish troops really easily, well it should be tough
this is where my idea comes in...
You all see Nox insurance & it protects you but at the cost of your income...
why dont the nox demand x% of your TOTAL UP on the various levels of nox...
why you ask?
well I like to envision UP is when a Male Miner & a Female Miner get jiggy...
the more miners the higher your UP can become... (ya get me?)
but during war time... your miners are working harder but the naq is given to nox (generally)
so they dont have enough time to get jiggy... and the Nox being greedy knowing that there insurance is used so much... hey... they want some of your fricken total UP as payment too...
what will this do?
this will stop stalemates in wars (like the current CoP vs CiA war - nobody wants to give in... just turn farming/raiding)
why will this stop stalemates?
well accounts would find it more difficult to recover during wars... everyone on nox (pretty much everyone) will be getting less UU and naq per turn... less people will be able to raid them for UU limiting how long wars can go on for... (as people will run out of resources)
and for accounts that dont have vast quantities of UU to fall back on... well... why are you in a war if you dont have the resources to fight?
So you lose a % of naq and total UP for varying levels of Nox.
This will effect large & small people exactly the same way...
unlike the previous suggestions of killing miners/lifers in which larger army's have a lot more to lose...
So it limits growth during Nox (wars)
You can
a) nox & limit your growth ability to rebuild
b) stay off nox and take it like a man/woman
