What is this?
I mean, if you spy them, they seem like some kind of "n00b" players, plus one of officers has aincent as race, but doesn't seem ascended
can someone explain this to me please?

support and jtest are admin accounts. they don't play competitively.

Also, it is strongly recommanded that you don't attack it or associate with it in any way. People who do often end up being banned or deleted.

But I can attack the support account, it isn't protected by PPT or anything. So I wouldn't be banned or nothing.

True, but being one of the admin accounts in the game, by interacting with it (I wont even spy them anymore) people have had their accounts banned.
Unfortuantly there have been some bad cases where things have happened in the past that have led to this, but there is always a catch.
But like gooseman the first said, even if you did steal naq from them, you would probably have it removed from your account in time.
