income not working

i was getting 23mil a turn and was giving my officer 30%
(a day or so went by)
then i dropped my officer and made 23 mil per turn.
(a day or so went by)
and i go on realm alert on high.
a few hours go by.. and im still making 23 mil a turn.
this must be a bug. is there anything that can be done about this?

also my bank isnt working. i make 23 mil per turn and it holds 29 mil

If you get income from your commander, that wont counts to your bank size. So its possible that your own income is much smaller than the one you get from your co... That solves the bank size issue..
The officer thingy is buggy thats true... Try set yourself as commander and dismiss yourself... that worked for me last time... I will make a proper bug report on the issue later if I get some free time...

i emailed the SGW support, haha talk about no help.
i sent them my post here, with my ID and all.
this is the email i get back

I was once told by the support email that they wernt sure of the connection between the game and the fourm.
For now, I say we point and larf at the useless @SGW.com help emails.
