Sabbing

I recently sabbed some successfully a few times and they knew that it was me that did it. Apparently it appeared with my name in their Intelligence Logs page instead of having the ???? replacing the name.
i always thought that your name only appears if you fail in a sabotage attempt.
Is this a bug?

I think this has something to do with the power...
I think you get ??? 's if your sabbing power is much greater than their covert...

So if someone has approx 400m covert, and I have over 100bil covert and I sab them with 4,000 spies, should my name be hidden?

All covert actions taken by you are recored here. You can review any sabotage or recon mission via the 'detials' link. You can also see a quick summary of the mission on the main Intelligence Log screen. Additionally, missions into your realm are recorded - at least all sabotage and failed recon attempts on you. Successful sabotage does not record who did it to you, and successful recon does not show up at all. The only exception to this is if your defcon rate is high enough to discover who sabotaged or spied on you in which case it is both recorded, and the enemy recorded. If you are missing weapons - check your Intelligence logs immediately, as you were likely the target of sabotage!

Also, its their spy level multiplier * spies and your spy level multiplier * spies SENT... I think if your sent power is 2x greater than their def power they will see ???'s
I'm not sure tho, I just always thought its like that...

Ok, well I know that my spy level is 2 higher than his.

Its not about the level
I could have level 29 with 10 spies, you still could sab me with say 100spies at level 25... So its not the level, its the level * number of spies...
Also if YOU sab it asks you about number of spies for a reason...
Cause sabbing power is level * number of spies sent (not the number of spies you have)
