Im posting this on malekis behalf cause he wont be able to access the net within the next hours. im his comamnder and after checking his logs i noticed something odd.
I know about the phase-out adjustment when being one-turned (now it takes 15 AT attacks to phase someone in 42 hits when on crit and nox). However, it seems weapon depleting and uu death rates are staying at the same rate regardless of 15 or 1 AT's being used. I suspect this is a bug because you certainly could not have intended losses on the attacked to be the same regardless of 1AT or 15AT.
If im correct this flaw needs to be fixed asap before certain players abuse it on pupose to gain an unfair advantage.
thanks ~ston

Sort of to go along with the bug, although I am not sure if this is a bug or not.
When you mass motherships one uses 1 at, and still destroys the same as using 15 at's. It is actually stupid to use 15 at's because the attacker then losses a ton more shields/weapons, while the defender still loses the same. Not sure if it was intentional, but given the topic I figured it was worth mentioning.

I like how it is now.
A 1AT hit is like a hit and fade attack.
You do less dammage to the enemy, but the kill ratio is better for the attacker because he has suprise on his side, while if he stayed for a full 15AT he would loose that suprise.

now MS and supers can be killed with 1 AT as effective as with 15AT
The other things need 15AT to kill that much...
Maybe its in for a reason, and to be honest I think its okay as it is now...
If Ston was speaking about MS weapons and unarmed def units, its just as the game works. If it was normal weapons and defended supers, i think there is a BUG

I think it works just fine.
Looking at it from a military prespective.
Youre massing (assulting) the enemy base.
If you do a quick assult (1AT) then pull out, youll kill enemy defenders, and loose (unless youre outgunned) fewer men, but you damage the fortifications (def weps) much less.
But if you do a full attack (15AT) you loose more men, but you also do more dammage to the fortifications (def weps)

It would be nice if admin could address this one way or the other(either fix the 'bug', or confirm that it is meant to be as such based on the ideas that Tok`ra just mentioned...)
