people will have a new reason to attack for very developed planets ...even if there defence is verry big....becausse if u get 50-100 bil for a extreamly developed planet u will attack it because it covers for the repair costs/loss cost on the mothership...so it help's by making the planet war more exiting and unpredictable....and more apealing
the benefits ...well think about it...u have a planet that u dont realy want...but invested some naq in it....woudent u want atleast a part of that back?
i realy think that this coud bring new meaning to the hole concoring of planets.....
but as i say....thats just my 2 cents

while it could be useful, it would simply cause another multi-buildup, with people making lots of planet-stealer multies, then scrapping planets...

I don't like it. Losing a planet is a big enough hit as it is. If they abandon it, it's worse. If they would get naq for it too, then stealing planets becomes too attractive an option. People should steal planets because A: they want it, B: they can sell it to someone who wants it, or C: they don't want the owner to have it. If they wanted the naq, they should go farming.
