Beacon Sabatoge.
Essently, you can use your beacon to find who has your planet currently as is allready in effect, OR you can sabatoge the bonus of the planet a little with a beacon.
Essently, you roll back the bonus upgrades on the planet, so if a planet is stolen you can (if you spend enough on it) make it become worthless if you spend enough (or at least make it less worthwhile for the theif)
Thoughts ?
Suggestions for the dammage ratio per beacon ?

10:1 would be good

, mabye 5:1, if you want to clear your planet it should cost a crapload... but be effective each time, till you know theres no more.

tis a good idea, like a booby-traped beacon, or a load of bombs set up before the planet is taken tis good, reminds me of one of the things in one of my suggestions...... *hint hint look at my sig hint hint*

Maybe planet bombs should be separate from beacons. I like the idea though.

Beacons are just a power source and a transmiter.
You send one signal, it sends another back.
You send a second signal, it overloads and blows up, right in the (instert planet bonus here) factory you build over it.

Very Nice Idea Tok`ra!
If it comes out, ill load my planets up with bombs so if I cant take it back ill destroy most of the UP!

True, but then two planet theifs working togehter could do the same thing now my bouncing it between their accounts, thus slowley destroying the factories.

why not make the price of the bombs go up with what you add to a planet so the more you add the higher the cost. AND the more expanded your planet is as in the bonus, def and size of the planet the bombs only cover a % of the planet.

Well what I would like to see is that a MS also enters the batle when other fleets trying to take down the planet defences ,
So mean if the MS shoot it also destroy's some planet recources and beacons

at first i thought your idea was similar to this....
everytime you use a beacon, 1 existng beacon on the planet from the person who took it will cease to exist (blow up)
so for every beacon you 'self destruct' they will lose a beacon, probably not a good idea but something to think about

and alittle of topic but why must everything thats brought into the game be killable/destroyable?
