well the last 2 years basically have been good, but events outside my control (or direct control anyway) have forced me to end my time in this game. its been a good few years, and i have achieved alot in my time here. i would write a thank-you list or whatever, but it would be to long to read, and id probably miss half of everyone out and they'd get pissed etc etc. so ill leave it be.
however, i do believe the people i have talked to, interacted with, over the last 2 years will know how much i have enjoyed this little bit of "reality"
in addition, i would like to say that this game has had interesting evolutions. it has taught me many life lessons i didnt expect when i first joined up.
to omega: i found a home there. many people may think i went there for the protection it provides... and they would be wrong. before i joined alpha, i sat down and considered alot of alliances in which i could join. no other alliance suited my way of playing... or had the number's of people i respected and knew in it.
to omega haters: if you knew the blokes in another way, except in war, you might understand who they really are. i dont think ill ever meet such a generous bunch of people again. if you ever needed anything there, it was provided. yes there have been bad eggs in omega, but for any alliance that has been around as long as omega, you will get bad eggs. yes we can be pains in the ass, but thats usually cos we want a war.
to the war fighters: my personal opinion is that you guys are having a group **Filtered**. a lot of effort, and no real gain. afterwards, you wonder why you were sad enough to spend that much time on it.
